Location: Leicester City Centre

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (4-6 weeks)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Leicester City Centre for a temporary period of 4-6 weeks. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential administrative support to the Chief Executive's team and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Liaise with different departments to support their administrative needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive's team.
  • Handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
