Company Overview: We are seeking an organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis to support their daily operations.
Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office during the 8-week contract period. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
