Job Description - Office Administrator

Elevation Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Doncaster. They are looking to recruit an office administrator to join the team ASAP.

The role will be on a temp to perm basis.

It is based within the service and engineering department. The successful candidate will have their own engineers and customers to support, and will deliver a range of business-critical tasks.

Main duties include:

Support the management of our on-line portal for customers.
Providing customer service via phone and email
Liaise with other countries that work with the business to collect samples - organise logistics
Filing of important documentation - H&S, Audit information
Book hotels and transport for engineers if they are working off patch
Organise visitors when they arrive in the office
Arrange office maintenance schedules - fire checks, CCTV, IT support
Arrange office supplies including tea/coffee/milk
Incoming and outgoing post
Ordering uniform for the engineers

The individual must be computer literate and have the knowledge of all MS office programmes. You must be a confident communicator both via phone and email. The role is working in a busy office so being organised and being able to prioritise your workload is crucial.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to take as their first office based role. Previous experience of working in an office is desirable, however as long as you are willing to learn and enthusiastic to learn this can be overlooked.

Salary - £12.21 per hour
Hours - 37.5 per week
Fully office based.
