Job Description - Office Administrator

Job Title: Office Administrator (Temp)
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Term: 3 months
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm (office based)

RecruitAbility are looking for an experienced office administrator to work with their client just outside Bishops Stortford, for 3 months. Attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

The Role of:

Communicating with clients via telephone and email
Data entry
Compliance checks
Mail merge using Word is an advantage

To be considered for:

Attention to detail is essential
Previous experience with Excel
A confident telephone manner
The ability to follow processes
The ability to work to tight deadlines
A team player
You must have your own transport due to the location of the office

The Package for:
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Holiday Pay
Free parking
