Job Description - Office Administrator

Office Administrator
East Harling
£12.21 - £13.00 per hour
Temporary
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Immediate start

We're currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our client in East Harling. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and maintain data across internal systems
Handle incoming calls and direct queries to the appropriate team members
Respond to emails professionally and efficiently
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors
Process customer and supplier orders in line with company procedures
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
