Job Description - Office Assistant

THIS ROLE IS TO START EARLY JUNE AND IS A 12 MONTH FTC SO IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.

Office Assistant

A global shipping company based in Victoria are currently seeking an administrator to join them, this role will be office based working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.

Duties include:

  • Welcome guests and be the first point of contact.
  • Managing meeting rooms.
  • Manage courier services and mail.
  • Managing stationary orders.
  • Assist with planning company events.
  • Organise travel arrangements
  • Handle invoices, managing petty cash and recording expenses.
  • Support with HR tasks.
  • Other adhoc administrative duties as required.

Candidates will ideally have some previous experience in either an office administration or receptionist position.
