Job Description - Office Coordinator 9 month MAT Cover

Office Coordinator – Maternity Cover (Edenbridge)
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Immediate Start | Temporary Contract
Salary £15.00 per hr

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our friendly team in Edenbridge for a maternity cover role. If you're someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks, and has a "get it done" attitude – we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

Managing all customer enquiries (phone, email, web)
Typing, sending, and logging estimates
Assisting with live job accounts: invoices, receipts, payment schedules
Acting as PA to the Managing Director – from daily planning to booking site visits
Overseeing company vehicles
Ordering materials and supplies
Coordinating on-site teams and trades (haulage, roofers, groundworkers, etc.)
Submitting weekly hours to accounts and uploading invoices to FreeAgent
Supporting sales and managing web enquiries
Handling company social media

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Solid admin experience and confident using systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Someone available to start within the next few days
