Job Description - Office Manager

Temporary Office Manager – Full Time
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Start Date: End of August 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
Work Setting: Office-based

We are seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, and highly organised Office Manager to join a friendly school team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to staff, students, and parents across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations and reception duties
Manage attendance records and student data
Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
Handle finance tasks such as invoicing, petty cash, and budget tracking
Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies
Act as Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead (ADSL)

You will need:

Proven administrative experience (preferably in an educational setting though this is not essential)
Strong IT skills and familiarity with MIS systems
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
