Office Relocation Assistant

• Job Type: Temporary (Weekend) 21st June & 22nd June
• Location: Crawley
• Hours: Starting at 9am, finish time flexible (anticipated 6pm)

Reed Crawley is working with a key client based in Crawley for the recruitment of an Office Relocation Assistant . They are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Relocation Assistant to help with a significant office move for the 21st June & 22nd June. This role involves manual labour, including the relocation of office equipment and furniture from one building to another. It is a dynamic position that requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to safety.

• Carry out clear instructions for moving crates, boxes, and office furniture.
• Perform heavy lifting and shifting of items safely and efficiently.
• Use basic tools like screwdrivers and drills for general maintenance tasks, such as taking down items from walls.
• Handle all general ad-hoc tasks as required throughout the weekend.
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.

• Ability to understand and execute instructions accurately.
• Experience in manual labour involving heavy lifting and general maintenance.
• Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills).
• Must possess own workwear and protective boots.
• Physically fit, well, and agile, capable of managing heavy items and navigating stairs.
• Strong commitment to working safely and knowledge of basic safety protocols.
• High level of flexibility and availability to work extended hours on Sunday if necessary.
