Office Relocation Project Manager / Outside IR35/ Hybrid Working (3 day's a week minimum in Lancashire) / 6 Month Contract

I’m looking for a strong, proactive Project Manager for a 6-month contract, with an immediate start. This is not a digital transformation role but a Office relocation role so we are looking for someone to be the Liaison between the landlord, the fit out contractor and the key internal business stakeholders.

This is a 2 stage interview process and rate will be dependent on relevant experience.

Role Requirements:
  • Experience managing office/building re-locations
  • Facilities Managment experience
  • Familiarity with shared service centre operations and cross-departmental coordination
  • Excellent communication skills, as this will be key to the role
  • Strong Delivery focus
