About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join a dynamic Oil and Gas team in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to play a key part in talent acquisition and resourcing activities in a fast-paced industrial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Focus

• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline
• Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates
• Manage CV submissions to hiring managers for approval
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment regulations
• Join regular resourcing calls and client meetings

General Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification planning
• Organise and manage personnel records

About You

You’ll bring energy, efficiency, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination—offshore or industrial sector experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build trusted, professional relationships
• Organisational flair and the confidence to make independent decisions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and interview techniques
• A broad knowledge of sourcing tools and channels
