Job Description - Onboarding Specialist

Location: South Gyle, City of Edinburgh
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Start Date: May 26, 2025
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Pay: £15.42p/hr

Hybrid Working - After training you can work from home 3 days per week.

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the financial services sector? Join our Client Welcome Team as an Onboarding Specialist. Lloyds Banking Group are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make a difference for our customers.

What You'll Do:
In the Customer Operations Team, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering standards.
  • Gathering and analysing customer information to create accurate client records.
  • Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support for complex queries.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing your caseload efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ownership of personal learning and development.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively while managing your own work in progress.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and anti-bribery regulations is desirable but not essential.
