Onboarding Specialist

We're looking to recruit an OnboardingSpecialist to join our RPO department and support our United Utilities onboarding team!

Joining the United Utilities team, you will be supporting the onboarding of candidates to fill current roles throughout the year.

Our client’s mission is to deliver high-quality water for a more prosperous, greener and healthier North West of England. They are the UK’s largest listed water and wastewater company so there is a large volume of candidates to onboard!

What's an Onboarding Specialist?

As an onboarding Specialist, you will be supporting candidates whilst they go through clearances and pre-employment checks before starting work with our client.

You'll be:

· Reviewing and responding to queries from our screening company, obtaining and uploading additional information when required

· Downloading and quality checking completed screening packs

· Processing occupational health reports

· Liaising with hiring managers to obtain candidate verification and confirm first day information to pass on to the candidate

· Drafting and sending candidate’s start date letters

· Conducting DVLA checks on occasion

What are we looking for?

Our onboarding team care about delivering an outstanding service to all stakeholders. They are process driven and need to have a high attention to detail.

It's also essential that you:

· Can demonstrate the ability to work in process driven environments

· Have experience within customer service or an administrative role

· Can demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and able to learn how to use multiple systems

· Are comfortable working to targets
