Onboarding Specialist - SaaS

Our client is an exciting Global SaaS organisation who have a reputation of being a top place to work. They are seeking an Onboarding Specilaist to join their team for a 12 month contract.

The ideal Candidate will have 2+ years experience in a customer or client facing role (i.e. B2B Marketing Sales, Customer Success, Account Management).

Skills

• Experience running onboarding and implementation activities to help customers adopt and utilize products or services

? Solid understanding of MarTech (experience using MarTech platforms is ideal)

? Strong track record manage a portfolio of accounts, with an emphasis on driving client adoption

? Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills

?Entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive balancing independence and accountability

? HTML/CSS experience

? Experience working with self-service SaaS solutions

? Being multilingual in one or more major European languages

? Knowledge of CRM and Customer Success platforms
