Ongoing temp Finance Coordinator in Hammersmith

We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to join a Corporate firm based in Hammersmith. This is an ongoing temp position and is paying 35-40k depending on experience. It is essential that applicants are partly qualified as an Accountant and a strong understanding of financial reporting, VAT returns, and expense tracking.

The role

- Work with our outsourced finance provider in their bookkeeping responsibilities, including posting journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT payments

- Support month end and year end closing processes

- Manage the financial mailbox and respond to queries promptly

- Build relationships with client procurement teams to resolve any debtor queries
