Online Creative Coordinator 6 month contract

Our client, a well known global entertainment brand, has a 6 month contract for a highly organised coordinator with strong project management and administrative skills along with excellent Excel skills to join their Consumer Products team.

The role entails working for a global company providing admin support and using spreadsheets to log launch dates and trade decisions, there are lots of documents to process so they need someone who can work at pace.

This is a junior role and would suit a recent graduate or someone with a year's experience.

Duties include:

• Leverage, code and upload photography to all platforms required Collaborate within the Online Launch Calendars in NA & EMEA to track dates and communicate to teams when images are ready for buyer reviews and online launch.
• Vendor Images - Review images from vendors. Communicate with Buyers if not too standard or missing shots. Images must be consistent with global standards

• Collaborate with Studios to help identify product samples that arrive without codes within a timely manner and supply information as required.
• Manage EMEA regional sample handovers, ship products to external agency Studios as required. Manage returns to buyers once photography needs are completed.
• Manage EMEA Personalization product samples in collaboration with the Online and Buying team.
• Liaison with Global Sample Sourcing Coordinator, buying teams and other parties regarding sample status and sharing of information to the Global Media Team
• Respond to communications from Media Agency, Buyers, Production, and other partners
• Assists in managing the library of Photography & Video and providing access to partners (Box / SharePoint
