Zachary Daniels are partnering with a high-profile brand in the sports and retail sector, known for delivering exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store. We're currently recruiting for an Online Trading Manager to join the business on a fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave.

This is a pivotal role leading the day-to-day operations of the brand's online store. As Online Trading Manager, you'll take ownership of online trading performance, campaign execution and digital merchandising - all while driving sales and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities as Online Trading Manager:

• Monitor, analyse and report on eCommerce KPIs to drive data-led trading decisions
• Oversee stock levels and demand to support efficient inventory and allocation strategy
• Plan and execute digital retail campaigns, from content and stock planning to landing page delivery
• Own the eCommerce marketing calendar and support campaign execution across digital touchpoints
• Manage product uploads, on-site merchandising, and continuous site optimisation
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners to maintain high standards in delivery and logistics
• Partner with customer service to enhance the post-purchase journey and support mobile-first user needs
• Maintain accuracy across product and content pages, while supporting auction and EPOS systems
• Champion UX improvements, A/B testing and platform developments as part of the online roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless digital delivery
• Lead product photography coordination to ensure consistent visual standards

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrable experience in an eCommerce trading role within the sports or fashion sector
• Proven success in increasing online sales through strategic planning and digital execution
• A strong understanding of web analytics, merchandising, and digital campaign performance
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, content creation and trading calendars
• A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Detail-driven with a sharp commercial focus and the ability to multitask under pressure
• A customer-first attitude with experience improving UX across mobile and desktop platforms
• Ability to manage digital projects, identify growth opportunities and support new tech rollouts
