Onsite Recruitment Coordinator

05:30-15:30, Monday to Friday

£15.00 per hour
Starting mid-June / July for around 6 months

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join one of our key contracts in Banbury. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with recruitment or workforce coordination experience who enjoys being right at the heart of operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting up to 120 temporary workers across two shifts in a busy warehouse setting
• Leading site tours and helping new starters settle in
• Acting as the first point of contact for temp queries, issues, and support
• Liaising with department heads to ensure staffing is on track and issues are quickly resolved
• Managing the onsite Time & Attendance system
• Working closely with our branch team and senior client contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day running
• Keeping everything organised, people supported, and communication clear

What we’re looking for:

• A confident, organised individual with a strong people focus
• Experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment (warehouse/industrial background ideal)
• Someone who’s early-bird ready - your day starts at 05:30!
• Calm under pressure, great at multitasking, and happy rolling up your sleeves to get stuck in
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude - you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground
