?About the RoleAs the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and commercial direction of Birmingham's Destination Parks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operational leadership, particularly within the public sector.

??Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for a blended financial model supporting Destination Parks.
• Develop and implement business plans to drive commercial growth.
• Lead external funding bids and income-generating initiatives.
• Oversee all operational activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and financial regulations.
• Manage budget forecasting, monitoring, and performance reporting.
