NonStop Care are working with a well-established independent fostering agency, who are looking for a Locum Operational Manager in the Southeast. This is a management position with oversight of a team of social workers, reporting directly to the head of fostering.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Substantial management experience within Children's Social Services
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Able to work across multiple sites and take part in on-call arrangements
