Programme Manager - Ops ResilienceAre you an experienced professional with a broad background in operational resilience and third-party risk programmes, who has worked in large financial services organisations?

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in London-based role
Duration: initial 3 months
Rate: up to £850pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage programmes with broad operational resilience experience
• Understand and implement key ICT and third-party requirements
• Support customer assurance and audit processes
• Create and deliver engaging content
• Manage audience engagement and drive deliverables to completion
• Oversee project background and ensure timely delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in operations resilience, ideally in DORA
• Strong understanding of customer assurance
• Proven ability to create and deliver impactful content
• Ability to manage deliverables from start to finish
• Experience with project backgrounds and end-of-year delivery
