Operations Administrator

We are seeking a Temporary Research Licensing Administrator to support a busy licensing team for our client. You’ll manage administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth operations during a high-demand period. This is an 8-week temporary role supporting a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for licensing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and track deadlines.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and notes.
• Manage and organise files on SharePoint.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Experience in licensing or procurement is a plus.
