Operations Administrator, Ringwood, £25,400, Temporary to Permanent

As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy operations team, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, surveyors, and installation teams. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and ready to hit the ground running!

As an Operations Administrator, you will be:

• Handling administration for new customer surveys
• Communicating with customers and installers regarding surveys and installations
• Ordering additional parts or stock as needed
• Uploading and maintaining accurate customer records
• Supporting the Installation Manager and service engineers
• Working with the contracts team to process final payments

As an Operations Administrator, you will have:

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving queries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in scheduling or coordination is desirable
