This opportunity is with a small-sized company in the industrial and manufacturing industry and based in Worthing.

Description

As an Operations Administrator your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure timelines are met effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and report updates to relevant teams.
  • Provide administrative support to production and business operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communication channels.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Profile

A successful Operations Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of £12 - £14 per hour
  • Long term temporary assignment
