Job Description - Operations Administrator

Operations Administrator – Near Sevenoaks – up to £30,000 DOE – Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join a small, friendly team in the manufacturing industry. Based just outside Sevenoaks, this role offers a great work-life balance, hybrid working and flexibility around working hours.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing online orders and managing sales invoices
Handling data entry and general admin, including packing and tracking samples
Liaising with transport companies and off-site warehouses to coordinate deliveries
Supporting stock control and assisting with import administration
Dealing with customer and supplier queries
Helping the team run smoothly and supporting the Operations Manager

What They’re Looking For:

Superb attention to detail and a responsible, can-do attitude
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Friendly, adaptable, and comfortable under pressure
Great communication skills and a team player mindset
Experience with Xero, or a similar accountancy package is a bonus
