Gi Group is excited to be recruiting for an Operations Agent to join our client's dynamic team in Liverpool, L24. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to establish and grow their career in the thriving Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain industry.

As an Operations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing and movement of shipments while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about logistics, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Operations Agent responsibilities:
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring precise scanning, organisation, and readiness for delivery
* Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound operations, including overseeing export truck departure processes
* Movement of courier vehicles into position (full UK driving licence required)
* Training and certification in Forklift operations (training will be provided if role becomes permanent)
* Perform inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements (training and certification will be provided)

Operations Agent required skills:
* Willingness to complete Forklift and Dangerous Goods (Cat 6) training
* Excellent attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in computer usage
* Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain is desirable but not essential
* Full UK driving licence is required

Operations Agent Pay:
* £13.01 per hour
* OT £21.44 per hour

Operations Agent Shifts available:
* Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 21:00

Operations Agent benefits:
* Weekly pay
* Training provided
