Operations Data Analyst

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support decision-making with data-driven insights, performance measurement and impact analysis.
• Design, build and manage project workflows using tools such as Airtable.
• Write scripts to automate tasks and reporting, increasing scale and reducing manual work.
• Turn data into clarity with custom visualisations that power content and metadata operations.
• Work with engineering, production and vendors to define KPIs, track progress and improve systems.
• Deliver thoughtful, clear recommendations that influence innovation.

Required Skills:

• Proven skills in data analytics & visualisation (Tableau expertise)
• Experience with project management tools - preferably Airtable
• Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow design
• Knowledge of scripting languages would be advantageous (Python, JavaScript or similar)
• Comfortable presenting to both technical & non-technical teams
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement

Please note: This is a hybrid role based in London, daily rate paid inside IR35 and an initial 12 month contract.
