Operations Finance Analyst

We're working with a well-established FMCG organisation based in Cardiff seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to support their finance function through a critical transitional period.
This fixed-term role, running until the end of September, is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail-producing morning reports, analysing operational data, and tracking performance right through to the P&L.

What you'll be doing:
*Preparing and delivering daily operational finance reports*Liaising with operations teams to provide performance insights*Supporting the month-end process and financial analysis*Working closely with the Operational Finance Manager to drive results

What we're looking for:
*Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros essential)*Commercially aware with good communication skills*Confident, working independently and cross-functionally*Prior experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly desirable

*Salary: up to £35,000*Contract: Fixed-term until September*Hours: 8:00 - 16:00 | 37.5 hours/week | Flexi-time available*Location: On-site in Cardiff*Holidays: 33 days incl. bank holidays*Perks: On-site parking, strong team culture.
