Operations Manager

• Location: West Wales (Onsite, 5 days/week)
• Salary: £45,000 to £47,000 per annum (pro rata for 3 months)
• Job Type: Full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with potential to become permanent.

Join a leading organisation in West Wales as their Head of Operations and Facilities. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing operational delivery, health & safety compliance, and facilities management across a unique and inspiring site.

• Lead and manage the operational and facilities functions across the organisation.
• Oversee health & safety policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Conduct and review risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support and guide a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace.

• Proven experience in operations and facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and risk management.
• Confident leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in a charity or not-for-profit setting is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to be onsite full-time, with occasional weekend cover if required.
