What will you do as an Operations Manager?

• Oversee the end-to-end operational processes for the business reporting directly to the founder
• Order fulfilment and processing for both D2C and retailers
• Enhance and monitor supply chain and logistics processes
• Manage and develop 3PL partner relationships
• Take charge of NPD, manufacturer relations and sourcing components such as packaging
• Stock control/ forecasting and managing 3 international warehouses
• Work alongside the sales and customer service teams to ensure SLA compliance
• Implement and develop key strategies to improve and streamline operational processes

What will you need to be an Operations Manager

• Previous experience within a senior operations or standalone operations role
• Beauty/FMCG experience is essential
• Experience working within an SME or founder led business desirable
• Enthusiastic and keen to grow with a brand
