Responsibilities:

• Support Waste & Recycling Disposal Team: Assist in daily operations to keep services efficient and effective. ??
• Issuing Permits: Process and issue necessary permits for waste disposal and recycling.
• Chasing Payments: Monitor outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection from clients. ??
• Raising and Sending Invoices: Prepare and send accurate invoices for services rendered.
• Chasing Missed Collections: Proactively address and resolve missed collections promptly.
• Scheduling Waste Pick-ups: Coordinate and schedule waste pick-ups, ensuring timely service delivery. ??

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail with efficient administrative handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic invoicing systems
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team ??
