Job Title: Opiate Recovery Practitioner
Location: South London
Rate: £22 - £23 P/H Ltd Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE Inclusive)

Responsibilities:

Provide support and interventions to individuals with opiate dependencies
Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to each individual's needs
Deliver group and one-on-one counseling sessions
Monitor and maintain accurate records of client progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
