Job Title: Opiate Recovery Worker
Location: South London
Rate: £22 PH Umbrella LTD (£19.46 PAYE Inclusive)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Opiate Recovery Worker to join our team in South London, as an Opiate Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction, providing them with the guidance, support, and resources necessary to overcome their challenges and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

About the Role:

As an Opiate Recovery Worker, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered support to individuals in recovery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized recovery plans for clients
Providing emotional support, guidance, and education to help clients overcome addiction
Facilitating group and individual sessions, workshops, and activities to promote recovery and well-being
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
Experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and/or mental health issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach
