Optimisation Data Analyst

Outside IR35 | £400-£450 per day | 3-month initial term | Hybrid London (2-3 days on-site)

• Analyse client demand & respondent behaviour to spot revenue, margin and completion-rate gains.

• Build regression, clustering and causal models for pricing, yield and segmentation.

• Produce dashboards/BAU reports tracking incentive spend, survey health and profit drivers.

• Design & interpret A/B tests on incentives and matching logic; recommend refinements.

• Turn insights into pricing rules, contract tweaks and product changes alongside Commercial, Product and Engineering.

Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) · SQL · Azure (migration in flight) · BI (Power BI/Tableau useful).

• 3-5 yrs (Minimum) analytics in trading, marketplace, media or e-commerce settings.

• Strong SQL and Python for big-data wrangling & modelling.

• Solid grasp of statistics, pricing or yield optimisation.

• Clear, concise communicator who can translate numbers into action.

• Curious mindset-happy to reverse-engineer legacy logic and propose smarter approaches.
