Oracle Data SME

• Day Rate: Up to £600 per day Umbrella - Inside IR35
• Location: Holborn, London
• Job Type: Contract (6 months)
• Hybrid - three days on-site work per week, with Thursday as a mandatory day. Flexibility for additional on-site days is expected as an exception.

We are seeking an Oracle Data SME for a 6-month contract based in Holborn, London. This role requires a professional with comprehensive experience in Oracle Fusion data migration, including domains such as HCM, finance, and procurement.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion.
• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines to automate the data migration process.
• Perform source to target data mapping and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme.
• Support data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor data migration activities, resolving any issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility.
• Conduct thorough data validation and testing post-migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system.
• Uphold strong data governance practices to ensure transparent and compliant data migration principles.

• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion data migration, including HCM, finance, and procurement.
• Strong expertise in developing ETL pipelines and automating data migration processes.
• Experienced in source to target data mapping, particularly from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Strong understanding of data governance, ensuring adherence to compliant and transparent data migration practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
