We’re working with a long-established, family-run business in Bournemouth that’s looking for a confident and detail-driven Order Processor to join their close-knit team. The role is being offered on a Temp to Perm basis, the perfect chance to get stuck in, learn the ropes, and secure something longer-term.

A full handover and support period means you’ll be guided through the systems and processes from someone who knows the role inside out.

The role:

• Processing orders and quotes for a variety of products
• Converting quotes into orders using a bespoke in-house system (full training provided)
• Creating scaled drawings and layouts to send to customers for approval
• Lifting information from architectural drawings to complete accurate orders
• Supporting customers via phone, email, and occasionally in our on-site showroom
• Liaising with suppliers and organising orders for the factory
• Promoting new products and special offers to customers when relevant
• Keeping everything logged in the system (ACT database)

Your skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and confident approach with people
• Great attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning new systems
• Organised and calm under pressure
• Able to work both independently and as part of a friendly, supportive team
