Organisational Risk Manager

Are you an experience Organisational Risk Manager? Do you have experience working in the Public Sector? If so I have an exciting opportunity for you based with a firm in the Financial Services Sector.

This role will be a 9-month FTC covering Paternity leave and the salary available is up to £95,000 p/a pro rate. The role is hybrid with 2x days a week on site at their London office.

The role will be to head up the organisations 2nd line risk team (2LOD), the main responsibility is around monitoring and reporting on risk. The role will involve considerable amounts of reporting and forms part of the audit & risk committee. This team manages enterprise level risks for 45/50 controls.

• Must have strong experience with Organisational Risk
• Must have an understanding of the UK financial services sector
• Ability to understand and analyst data
• Experience creating and maintaining relationships across the three lines of defence
• Experience researching, evidencing and recommending improvements to risk management practices
• Experience managing/growing teams
• Relevant Risk Management qualification
• Knowledge of business continuity and incident/crisis management
