Are you passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the automotive industry? Our luxury motor industry client is looking for a confident and consultative Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12-month temporary basis.
The Role
Objective: To drive new business generation by proactively engaging with companies across the UK. This role focuses on outbound prospecting via telephone, identifying and qualifying company car opportunities, and nurturing potential leads. By effectively uncovering customer needs and generating interest, you will secure high-quality opportunities/leads for our agent network. Ultimately contributing to increased sales opportunities and business growth.

• A competitive, proactive & tenacious approach to prospecting, with a willingness to make outbound calls and follow up persistently.
• Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring leads are relevant and aligned with business goals.
• Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges in a consultative sales environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
• Passion for the automotive industry, with a willingness to stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.

Credit check and DBS check will be required for this role - this will be obtained by Quality Personnel if successful after interview stage.
