Outreach Family Support Worker - Liverpool

We’re currently recruiting for an Outreach Family Support Worker to join the Liverpool Early Help Team on a hybrid working basis.

In this rewarding role, you’ll take a strength-based approach to support families facing emerging challenges, helping them make lasting, positive changes. As the Lead Professional, you’ll coordinate multi-agency support, ensuring a holistic, whole-family approach that improves outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Early Help Assessments and develop tailored support plans

• Lead and chair Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings

• Work directly with children and young people to capture their voice and shape effective interventions

We’re looking for someone passionate about improving lives, with experience delivering family support services in partnership with other agencies.

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working)
Pay: £16.47 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
