Vitalis are recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work in a team in Manchester City Council.
The position is to work Jobshare hours (17.5) Wednesday afternoon (3.5 hours) Thursdays and Fridays (7hours) to deliver outreach interventions and family support across the children's centre group of Burnage, Old Moat, Fallowfield and Whalley Range Sure Start Children's Centres.
