Job Title: Personal Assistant (12-Month FTC)
Location: West End, London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Annually
Contract Type: 12 month FTC
Working Pattern: Full Time (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Are you a proactive and dynamic individual ready to take on a challenging role as a Personal Assistant? Our client, a fast-expanding organisation, is on the lookout for someone like you to support their Directors and occasionally Senior Leadership Team members with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the intricate workings of a thriving business while working closely with top-tier executives!

What You'll Do:

• Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the busy schedules of up to 4 Directors. You'll communicate changes swiftly and efficiently, organise meeting venues, and set up Zoom links, ensuring everyone is well-prepared
• Email Oversight: Review, categorise, and prioritise all email correspondence, filing documents appropriately to maintain order.
• Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the Business Support team to ensure Directors and SLT members attend necessary meetings, fully prepared with all relevant information
• Expense Tracking: Complete and track monthly expenses with attention to detail.
• General Administrative Support: Prepare letters, format documents, manage filing systems, and act as a reliable conduit for communication with Directors and SLT members.
• Guest Relations: Meet and greet guests, ensuring they are directed to the correct meeting room and kept informed of schedules.
• Flexibility: Be agile and adapt to ad hoc tasks throughout the week, showcasing your ability to manage a dynamic workload effectively.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven PA experience in a similar role, especially within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with a property business is desirable.
• A-level or equivalent required; a degree is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and spelling.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
