PA Support Temp to Perm

• Executive Support: Provides proactive high-level administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, organising meetings, handling correspondence, travel and expense management, preparing reports and presentations.
• Administrative Assistance: Working with the EA team to support other leaders and managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, travel expense management and meeting coordination.
• Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the senior executive and other team members.
• Communication: Serves as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Office Management: Support the day-to-day operations of the local office, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Project Support: Provide support for special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive and other leaders.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues promptly and efficiently.

Our client is seeking to hire a highly talented and experienced PA who has a strong background of working within a highly complex and dynamic global organisation. Although this role is initially a temporary contract, it does have a high potential to transfer to a permanent contact for the right individual. Please note the client is ideally seeking someone who can start in the role quickly. Candidates will need to have full right to work in the UK already, along with experience of working in a similar role.
