PA support to the Strategic Management Team

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a PA support to the Strategic Management Team working for vthe local government based in Hemel Hempsted.

This is a temporary role for 2 months initially, fully office based working 9-5pm

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minute taking and arranging meetings for multiple stakeholders
Diary management
Email management
Arranging local travel
Liaising with senior stakeholders

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

PA support at a senior level
Immediately available
Strong communication skills
Be computer literate
Previous Local Government experience is essential.
Self starter who can work with minimum supervision
Excellent diary management and MS Outlook experience
