PA to COO

Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (6 Month Contract)
Location: Northampton
Hours: 37.5 per week

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a 6-month temporary contract to provide essential PA, secretarial, and administrative support. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the COO's office and the wider team.

You'll manage the COO's diary, coordinate board meetings, assist with budget planning and reporting, and maintain regulatory documentation. From minute-taking and expenses management to policy reviews and charity governance, this varied role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in a finance or company secretarial setting.

Key Requirements:
* Experience in company secretarial or PA roles
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Discretion and professionalism
* Confident in using MS Office Suite

A background in charity work is desirable, and a sympathetic understanding of the charity's mission is essential.

Based in Northampton, with a start date of week commencing 5th May, interviews to be held on Friday so do not delay in applying if interested in this role.
