Personal Assistant to the Leadership Team Temporary, immediate start required Full-time, agile working, hybrid
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to the Executive Leadership Team to deliver professional and efficient support. This is a dynamic role involving high-level diary and meeting management, document preparation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full PA support to Directors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
Support financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team.
Manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain administrative systems such as SharePoint.
Support project-related tasks and assist with research and communications.
Oversee the signing and sealing of legal documents and maintain related records.

Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
