PA to Leadership Team - Bournemouth - Temp - £14.37 per hour

Our client is recruiting a PA to support their Leadership Team based in Bournemouth. The role requires you to support the Leadership Team by providing administrative support.

The working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm. This role requires an enhanced DBS

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor new filing and recording systems, and establish trackers as required.
• Act as an internal and external ambassador for the organisation.
• Assist the Leadership Team with promotional tours and lead tours for prospective visitors when necessary.
• Ensure positive press coverage of key events.
• Coordinate and publish newsletters in partnership with the leadership.
• Attend meetings, reviews, and key events as directed by the Leadership Team.
• Take accurate notes and ensure proper documentation and distribution of meeting records.
• Undertake and coordinate administrative tasks to support the Leadership Team.
• Act as an efficient and effective personal assistant.
• Oversee the calendar and ensure the Leadership Team is updated on added or removed events

Key Skills:

• PA experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Organised and good attention to detail.
