PA to Senior Leadership Team

We are seeking a PA for the senior leadership team to join this education setting in Lancaster and to ensure the smooth and successful running of the admin function for the Headteacher and other leaders within the school. You will be responsible for diary management, daily email correspondence, admissions, general administration, taking sensitive and confidential calls from parents and outside agencies, organising meetings, minutes and updating the website.

Please note: This is a temporary position until the end of summer, working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

We are looking for applicants in a position to start with immediate effect. A DBS on the update service would be an advantage.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, experience of working in a school environment.
• Experience of contributing at a senior admin level
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ideally school MIS packages such as SIMS or Arbor
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Flexibility and willingness to be adaptable.
