Part Time Paediatric Nurse

Location: Manchester

Shifts: 2 waking nights per month, 7pm - 7am

We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our team in Manchester. This role involves caring for a child on Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) during night shifts. Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide specialised nursing care to a child on TPN during assigned night shifts.
• Monitor the child’s condition throughout the night and respond to any needs or emergencies.
• Administer medications and TPN as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Communicate effectively with family members to ensure they are informed and reassured about the child’s care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Excellent clinical skills and a deep understanding of paediatric care protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
