Full Details:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be immersed in the world of metal finishing. Your training will cover essential skills, including:

• Performing high-standard paint spraying using a spray gun to meet company and customer specifications.
• Preparing and masking components to ensure precision finishes within tight tolerances.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in line with company standards.
• Completing all relevant paperwork, including job cards and work instructions, requiring a good grasp of the English language and basic literacy skills. ??

Experience & Skills Required:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Basic knowledge of spray gun operation and maintenance (an advantage).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company guidelines.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of professional drawings is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in a related industry or completion of a relevant qualification will be highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and task accuracy.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Basic maths skills.
• Strong adherence to standard operating procedures and quality management frameworks. ?

Please Note:
This is not a painting and decorating role. Candidates with experience in metal component finishing using spray guns will be given preference. ???
