About the Role:
Search Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable painter to join our team and take on various painting projects across Edinburgh city centre. This role involves both interior and exterior painting, including residential and commercial properties. Job Title: Experienced Painter - Edinburgh City Centre
Location: Edinburgh City Centre, Scotland

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, and cleaning
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably with work in city centre environments
• Ability to work on scaffolding, ladders, and in tight spaces
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good time management and reliability
• Own tools and transport preferred but not essential
• Relevant health and safety certifications are a plus
